Install the Flash9.ocx ActiveX component then go to ActiveX and put a TShockwaveFlash on your form.

well, i cant find the file called swfflash.ocx. Its not in C:\Windows\system\macromed\flash

Apparently the site is a bit inaccurate. The ocx should actually be in system32 not system. Also, the name of the ocx may vary. Just look for the one that makes sense.
