Ok, For this, get acess to TWO computers, and goto ipchicken.com to get the IP adress of both computers. If they are the same, this is possible. Open CMD/DOS (Start -> Programs -> Acessories -> Command Promt)
Which upon entering you should see something like "C:\>"
Type this:
Ping -t (School IP)
So, in example, the complete command will be:
Ping -t 1.1.1.1 But this may freeze ALL COMPUTERS IN THE SCHOOL!
Im not sure, but it may show the username for the person who did it, so im not trying it until June 21, So if you people want to try, have some fun with this.
IMPORTANT! The lag continues until you close the command prompt window.

Benlue, open notepad, write 'run cmd' without the 's
then save it as a .bat file (whatever.bat) and then open it.

Thats nothing more then a ping on a weak network.
Lag could be on your own machine your sitting at making you think your lagging the entire network.

Many [cheap] school networks are behind a NAT (Network Address Translation) device, so try the relative address instead of the "absolute" address.
ipconfig is a fun command. It's a quick bundled Windows utility that will tell you a computer's current network configuration (from the computer's perspective).

yeah, im working on this. I think i may have found the IP adress of the school's server. So this would actually not work, because the command would go through the server, but it would stop it there because it doesnt share the same IP. Try typing nslookup. then open a new window, then type ping -t (THAT ADRESS) 139 because port 139 is netbios, and you have a good chance the admin of the school didnt realize to stop netbios from being used
Typing the "nslookup" will show the SERVER ip adress. That would in-turn lag every computer.
Right-click desktop, add, shortcut. Then, type in command.com, and click ok twice. Then there would be a shortcut to ms-dos on the desktop, which is almost impossible to block.

This would never do any computer any harm. very weak attack.
The best thing to do is flood a network with those calls that allow you to list all the computers on the network. I forgot what it is called, I am stupid today.
