Cheat Engine

i downloaded cheat engine 5.3, and extracted it to desktop, when i open it, most all of them are unknown, i dont have the program to run them so what program/s do i need

but im still trying to find delphi, and under cheat engine there r still alot of files that i dont have the program for, could you plz post links to where you downloaded the things you need thanks.
