Im wondering if its possible to make a Ce trainer attach to the second process with the same name that launches almost simultaneously to the first
for example for gunbound
unless you unpack dillo it launches to .gmes
the first which contains no game data (used to prevent exactly what im trying to do)
and the second containing everything.
No matter what i do, a ce trainer will ALWAYS hit the first one
So im wondering is it possible to make it attach to the second one? or should i just give up?

You know how the trainer has a selection to choose what process?
Well just choose the correct one and it should work.
I have not messed with GUnz.
But they should be slightly different in name in the process list.

Can you screen shot it please so i can see it.
I think the game is copying itself from a launcher or running a dll as a exe.

I have not even messed with this game.
So if you unpack it, that will take care of the problem?

try using a hex-editor and change the name of the first process that starts... its easy on most processes
(not talking about RENAMING it, hex-edit the "INTERNAL-FILENAME")

but to anser the original question, ce trainers can not choose which one of the 2 they should pick, so it always picks the first one. (also, usually the first one is made invisible for the trainer so it picks the 2nd one)
You'll have to make your own trainer, if you combine it with the processwatcher code you can see which one is the real process because the real one has more threads, or you can use it to see which one is hidden, and then open the hidden one
