I posted this on the GO forum but I believe that the answer I seek should be general enough to warrant an interest here.
In the interest of learning can someone provide some clues or hints on how to tackle the Char co-ordinates post update. Previously searching produce 5 addresses one of which actually moves the char. Post update search now produces 4 addresses the one that moves is obviously taken off. Help me here. Is it feasible to conclude that the game now dont use an address to move the char or if it is, it is masking it or is there another possibility ? Can someone Uber help to put some light. Other than messing with the assembly code is there another preferable way using CE to find the new address - if there is one of course ?
Hope someone can provide some light ..... its very dark.

Ok, i cant disclose the game that i have gotten the coords on in the image.
Because we are working on a project using it.
But i can explain how to go about finding the cam and coords of a character.
Using CE:
1. Stand in any location in the game.
2. Do a scan for unknown "If the game does not display coords of current location for the game.
Example: image of Medal of Honor Allied Assault showing a command to get coords.
3. If you have no way of seeing visable coords then do the unknown scan.
4. Then move left or right, "no a whole lot just a small bit"
5. Scan "has changed."
6. Move again
7. Scan has changed.
8. Do NOT move then scan "has not changed"
9. Move then scan Has changed.
* Keep doing this until you get down to so many address's and they do not decrease in results from scans.
If you was moving left and right the whole time scanning you will find the X coords, You have to do all the steps again to get Y.
Unless you want to try and find both at once, But learning something like this i would do x then y.
Now the real work begins.
Say you had 39 address's left. "This is what i had left when i found mine in the image below"
Change the coord value on each address one at the time and see if anything happened in game. Take your time and dont rush, you will see some really cool things happen.

| Hi , I really appreciate your taking time to explain how to do char co-ords. At least I am encouraged that there are people who still want to help those who really want to learn. However, in this instance it looks like the game has removed the addresses. In this case I have consistently got 4 addresses which are not able to move the char. Please comment

You wont be able to move the character, in some games.
But if you move the character in game manually. Do the address variables change?
And are they the same address's after you close the game and open it again?
In the image above the address's for the cams was static.
I could change the variable, and the cam would move off the character to another location of the map. [ lmao ]
