Is it possible to use cheat engine to change the price of an object you are trying to buy? I normally know how to change the amount of money you have which involves making a transaction so he value changes. but wondering if there is a way to change the price of an item (not sure how to change the value to search the right value to change)?

Single player game. You can find the code block that deals with the transaction and modify what it costs you.

So let's say it cost you 100 coins. You find where the transaction is taking place and you modify the code to cost less.
