|
|
Hey,
i have a quite new setup and struggle with DBVM usage, the about page says "Your system does not support DBVM. Perhabs it is already inside a VM"
when i click on it, it says
"your cpu must be able to run dbvm to use this func"
So I am running a i9-14900KF on win11 pro 24h2
VMX and VT-d is enabled in bios..
Core Isolation is disabled
Hyper-V disabled
Any advice would be appreciated

check for and disable anti viruses that may put your system inside a virtual machine, like Avast

after the bcdedit, did you actually restart windows, or did you do a shutdown and back on again ? As a shutdown is just faked by windows to let you think it booted up real fast

Then i don't know.
Maybe check the bios again and read the options. Maybe it says "disable intel-VT" which you set to enabled ?

Virtualization is definitely on according to task manager performance tab and I am also running some VMware VM's on this system without any problems (not 24/7)
