How to compute address using 1 byte value from addres?

Hi!

In my address table I can do some basic arithmetics with address. For example I have address 0x0073af80+0x25*0x298+f7 and it works fine - i can change the value, I can freeze it and so on. Now I want to change it so that instead of hardcoding 0x25 into that address expression it would be what ever value (1-byte) is at 00654D68. How do I do that?
