How do I cheat?

So I downloaded the setup .exe file, but cuz I'm paranoid I scanned it with Virustotal (virus file scanning website) and umm... I don't think 32/69 is a good score... thankfully I didn't run the file and I'm worried it might be a malware-infected decoy. I dowloaded the file at cheatengine.org
Can anyone verify wether that is the official website?

it's fine. You just need to read and decline things else you may get an optional piece of software like a new browser, or anti virus, or vpn, etc....
