I'm currently playing a game that uses high numbers. The current number I'm at is 2.58B value=2576980377. I want to have at least 10B but when I try to change the value any higher it changes to something else. I have another value that came up with the first one, but I have no idea how it relates.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Search for the value again, but search for 8 byte not 4 byte.

In case, you found the correct address but the representation is off. You can change the address type or better check in the memory view if it matches your expectations by changing the type to suit your needs.
