Cheat Engine

I want my mouse and keyboard to be input into python while a python script is running and I have the way to make the keyboard and mouse output come back out of it already. I need to do it without causing suspicious activity at the kernel level. just mouse would be fantastic. I can do this with an Arduino device however I want to without.
