im in a Minecraft server and i need to know how to correctly guess the amount of coal about to drop from a coal ore mined with Fortune 3 anyone know how I can do this with either cheat engine or another engine [/u][/i][/b]

The RNG is probably server-sided and used for everyone on the server. The RNG is going to be changing its internal state every time anyone uses it. Given you can't control if/when other people use it, you can't reasonably predict what it's going to be at any given time.
