| I recently updated to a newer version of desmume and the addresses are no longer the same. In 9.11 Top Speed address for mario kart ds is 1456DE480 and in 9.13 it is 14ABE2630, which is 55041B0 bytes apart. I know there is a Recalculate New Addresses option, but it doesn't have an option to recalculate by number of bytes. For all of the games I use cheat engine with, there a to many addresses to do it by hand per game. It would be too time consuming and very overwhelming.

ctrl+a, rightclick, "recalculate new addresses" make sure you're in the change by offset tab, check the hexadecimal checkbox, fill in 55041B0
and click change

I didn't quite understand what you mean. But if you mean that you know how much difference there is and you want to add/subtract that to/from the address/es then yes you could use "Recalculate new addresses" and select "Change by offset" and that will let you add/subtract to/from the address/es you selected.
You could also copy and paste multiple addresses and a little pop-up window will prompt you to change the offset if needed, which will result, in the same thing adding or subtracting from the addresses copied and pasted.
Let me know if you meant something else.
