How do I cheat?

using mono im trying to invoke a method with a vector 3 parameter but when i try to do for example 9 9 9 as a vector 3 for 9 x 9 y and 9 z it says its not a value that can be used

create a vector object and initialize that. Then pass the vectorobject as parameter
