Cheat Engine

Hi! I have been using the "find out what reads" and "find out what writes" to this address commands in cheat engine for a game for a long while successfully, and for some reason on 1 of my 2 pcs this function no longer works, it gives error:
"I couldn't attach the debugger to this process! You could try to open the process using the processpicker and try that! If that also doesn't work check if you have debugging rights."

I have no idea why it stopped working, while on the second pc it all still works fine. Could you help me, please? Perhaps, I need to get debugging rights and some Win10 update messed it up? How do I get debug rights for Cheatengine? I use cheatengine 7.5 and use win 10 pc

I only try it on 1 game, no idea if it works on other games, but I think it has nothing to do with the game, since it works on second pc

I have tried to use all cheatengine debugger options

Turned off anti-virus, did not help
