How do I cheat?

I have a program that reads the HP of a monster and outputs it on the screen as an overlay, in the config it show this information: StructSize = 0xD80 Rule1 = "FH@@??@@@@+.@F@@@@@@HI??_/_@_@_C" Is it possible for me to find this myself in CheatEngine and is it possible to know what I would select to find it?

Yes, but not based on the cfg information of someone else's program. If the overlay manages to read and draw HP information, then should be able to find it using CE. What game are we talking about?
