How do I cheat?

Every time i scan something with cheat engine it writes 4-10gb of data to my ssd in the appdata folder. Not only it degrades the lifespan of my drive, it drives the disk usage to 100% rendering the boot drive slow and unresponsive while it writes. Is there a way for it to write things on a custom folder? I want it to write to a RAMDisk since i have lots of RAM.

Yes. Check Scan Settings.
