Cheat Engine v 7.5 does not start.
Shows the error : "missing api-ms-win-downlevel-kernel32-l2-1-0.dll ".
Version 7.4 runs without problems.
Please tell me how to fix it.
I have Windows 7 (64-bit version).
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 is installed.

delete dbghelp.dll from the win64 subfolder in ce's install dir

The updated dbghelp is for windows 8+. And even if dynamically loaded it somehow causes the whole application to stop loading
