How do I cheat?

Alright so, basically, i recently upgraded to Windows 11 (latest version), and ever since i've been having a problem with the debugger.
Every time I want to use the kernelmode debugger och the DBVM-level debugger i ALWAYS get "Driver couldn't be opened! It's not loaded or is not responding." I've turned of core memory integrity protection, restarted computer and tried unloading and re-loading the kernelmodule. I need them since VEH-debugger gets detected by the game.
Any idea of what to do? Is it just a bug due to the new Windows version + updates?

Open regedit
Navigate to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\CI\Config\
Create a new DWORD named VulnerableDriverBlocklistEnable and set to 0
Reboot (not shot down and back on, actual reboot)

is not there any work around solution that does not evolve Disabling VulnerableDriverBlocklistEnable
what about windows defender does disabling it help out ?

My issue has been solved successfully by this way, and my cpu is 5900X
