How do I cheat?

I am using windows 11 22H2 (OS Build 22621.963)
installed CE 7.4
when i check Read/write process Memory (in settings)
i got message DBK Error "driver couldn't be opened....."
i use kaspersky anti virus...But I put the "Cheat Engine 7.4" folder in the kaspersky exceptions
attached SS for DebugView

Open regedit
Navigate to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\CI\Config\
Create a new DWORD named VulnerableDriverBlocklistEnable and set to 0
Reboot

I have tried starting it manually as well as doing what darkbyte suggested to edit the rgistry and set VulnerableDriverBlocklistEnable as a DWORD to 0 in HKLM\...\Control\CI\Policy yet it still doesnt work after reboot. I have also tried sc start dbk64 but it gives a pop up that the certificate is revoked. I have reinstalled CE yet it stilll cant load dbk64, is there a fix for it?

download debugview ...install it....run it befor run CE
This program will display events on the computer, including events related to the CE
This will help a lot in knowing the cause of the problem you have
take Screenshot and post here....then admins can help u
