Cheat Engine

Hello, the game in question in the title is Shotacon Quest, it is a +18 game, i ve been finding values from cheat engine in other games a while and usually find them, this is the only game i can't actually find any values at all, can't find money, can't find hp, something i wasn't expecting from this type of games. I tried everything i could find in the forums to help me, i have scan settings with All types, all are toggled even the custom types are enabled, fast scan is disabled, i have in Memory Scan Options>Writtable set to "Gray", got Rounded(default) toggled, tried with or without simple values toggled, and MEM_MAPPED toggled. I basically did the All type search with unknown initial value, and then did decreased or increased searches (not the increased/decreased value by), didnt work, i tried All tupe, unknown initial value search again with changed/unchanged value only and still couldnt find the value. I have no ideia what to do now. This game seems to have been made with rpg maker, i tried also searching (X *2 ) + 1 and (X* 8 ) which are recomended for rpg maker and flash games just out of desperation, didnt work. Game doesn't seem to be Java or Unity, as the "Java" or "Mono" tabs do not appear.

Feel free to ask for more info, and don't tell it is impossible i know every game can be hacked, i jsut want to improve my knowledge, as until now i though you could find any game's values using cheat engine normal methods easilly.

If you can't find values (maybe the value is being moved around in memory randomly), try scanning for code (ultimap / ultimap2 / code filter)- find some code that gets executed when the money changes and start analyzing assembly there. This could take dozens of hours of work even if you know what you're doing.

There are tools specifically designed to be used with rpg maker games if you search for them.

Thanks for the reply, so i've done some digging, first, the ultimap only works with intel processors, mine is amd, second, i found out this is a RPG Maker VX game and searched for a tool for it, in this case i found DarkByte AA script to help me search the values as i found out it is better than using (X*2)+1, or try using binary searches. Problem is, when i find the value or at least what i think it may be the value, i can't change it, even when i freeze it, the value literally does not change in the cheat engine at all when i try to change it. Also the value does indeed seem to change address when it is overwritten so i either find it in one go or nothing. At this stage i am not sure what type is it even cuz i found possible addresses float type and also 4 bytes, at least i can remove the double type from the list as i have seen that with RPG Maker MX the values are all doubles but i cant find values in that type in this game. Maybe i should search for another tool...
