.exe editing using HxD and CE (value editing)

Okay so, I'm trying to change this value (in the picture attached) using HxD to edit the exe. The problem is that I have no idea how to find this precise value inside of HxD and then edit it. This value [/u]HAS[u] to be edited in the EXE file as if you do it anywhere else you will get banned. Any thoughts?

(and i have of course tried pasting the address into the search bar for hex-values and normal text-strings with no luck)

all u have to do is click ctrl+r and find then replace the strings you want to edit.
