Cheat Engine

Good morning from France
First of all, sorry if my english isn't correct. I will try my best to explain

I never had any issues before with CE so i wanted to download the last version (7.4)
It has been 3 hours that i'm trying to install it and i have the same issue every time: it says that i haven't the permission to do it
I'm the administrator on my commuter so i have all the permission on it
I even deactivate my anti-virus and it change nothing

I have 3 messages:
- "insufficient permission"
-"You do not have permission to write to this folder" (even if i accept to put CE file on my desk, the message keeps popping up)
- and i have another similar message but i can't find it anymore

Here are my issues and i can't understand why it's happening... i never have any issues before
