I have a static address its offset changes each time whether when restarting the game or moving to the next level.
For example:
Address: 140506428, Offset: 2E18.
When moving to the next level or restarting the game.
Address: 140506428, Offset: 31E8.
And so on.
Is there a solution to that problem?

use modulename+offset notation else it's dynamic instead of dynamic

That is what I have done, I use modulename+offset (The previous example is just an example).
Also, the address is static because it is a green one (modulename+offset).
So, how is it a dynamic address?

The target thing is "The health" in a game called "Blood Fresh Supply".
But I have encountered some games that do the same behavior too, although it doesn't belong to blizzard or even related to an emulator.
