CE 7.3 Windows not restoring correctly

Example, but not limited to.

When I open 4 debug breakpoints (F5 - Find out what access this address) and put them into order from top to bottom. after closing the windows, and reopening them with new break points, they open up randomly in different orders. Sometimes the top one opens or the one of the middles, or bottom even when completely closed.

I had to revert to CE 7.2 to get this to work again. Where they open up correctly in the order from top to bottom.

try waiting 10 seconds after closing before reopening

I confirm that there is such a disease in CE 7.3 .
But I did not roll back to CE 7.2, I am waiting for corrections.

That seems to work but WOW will that make debugging extremely slow for me.

I use F5-ESC-ESC around 10-15 times a second in CE 7.2, looking for addresses that are being used by games. And its extremely annoying to move eyes around a screen instead of a fixed spot on the screen.

I feel waiting 10 seconds doesn't seem to be a solution
