Cheat Engine

I've been told Cheat Engine could possibly be able to do this, but not certain. NFL Head Coach uses Madden 06's engine, which uses a identical engine as Madden 08 that has some powerful scripts made for it. (Calhoupe Scripts for example)

In NFL Head Coach, you run plays in practice and tell your players specifically how you wan them to be ran. For example, if you want your QB to throw the deep corner route to the TE you can tell your QB to "Focus on the deep routes", and to "Put some touch on the pass" while telling your TE to "Use your speed to get open". You can give instructions for either "Everytime I call this play" or "Do this the entire game".

The game memorizes the instructions on a week to week basis and forgets the following week. It's extremely tedious to teach the same play every week for 30 seasons.

Can Cheat Engine successfully tie together the instructions for each play and the corresponding player permanently? If so, how?

Cheat Engine itself doesn't do that, it's a tool used to aid the user in cheating on games. I realise my post doesn't really provide you with any information on how to achieve your goal but there's a lot more going on behind the scenes than click a button here, click a button there.

If you have some scripts already created by another person, you could try to update them yourself.
