Cheat Engine

Hello so i have been using cheat engine for a pcsx2 emulator on a game.

and when i run find out what address this accesses.
i have a

mov eax,[ecx]
or something without the offset.

my next problem is when i run a pointer scan there is either no results
or one pointer which doesn't work?

ive tried generating a pointer map before hand and only using ascii characters.

also is there a way to make infinite health infinite.
without the health dropping down to a value and dying?
i ticked the box and set health to 9999999999+

but some enemies hit harder and it drops my health to zero for a split second and i die
