Sry if i couldnt find a corresponding thread, and have already looked through the faq install thread, but having issues similar to AV install problems, through all are disabled (only running Win Defender, with everything turned off). Installer launches and after clicking install, it immediately pops to the install complete page, to launch the app when closing installer. Of course the app doesnt launch, and cannot find CE installed anywhere. Found this thread seeming to point at a similar issue:

However, the fix is to DL the raw files from git and then "add the windows app user account to the dll's else dll injection will fail in UWP apps" as the git mentions. Im unfamiliar with this process. Is this the same as "registering" the dll's? Ive done as much but CE still gives the:

"Failure injecting the MonoDatacollector library:dllInject failed: Failed to allocate memory
Force load module failed:dllInject failed: Failed to allocate memory
Force load module failed:Unable to open file "KERNEL32.dll"
