How do I cheat?

I had to recently reinstall the OS on my computer due to hardware failure. I reinstalled CE 7.2 and noticed that I no longer have the option to a custom install. I already uninstalled and reinstalled to see if I missed something. I skipped the two offers and it automatically installed to my SSD which is what I don't want.

I have 2 SSDs and 2 HDDs. I use the SSD for the OS, Office, and drivers. Everything else goes to one of my two hard drives. I can solve the problem by using mklink. My preference is to install a program to where I want it to begin with. Is there an install that allows to me to pick where I want the program installed or should I download an older version that allows for custom installation? Any help would be appreciated.
