I can't get the address I want .exe

How do I cheat?

"farm2.exe"+002F33E4 -> 09998750

farm2.exe have addres 00400000

i use hex calculator and enter data 00400000 + 002F33E4 = 6F33E4

the answer is 6F33E4 and not 09998750
why? how to get this address 09998750?

read the 4/8 bytes at 6F33E4
