when using kerneldebug make sure that "override existing breakpoints" is not set
and try global debug

Okay, so, I am trying to debug Ni No Kuni 2. It uses criware engine, but it's not a multiplayer game
I am trying to find out what writes to this address. But when I do that, the game crashes when using windowed debugger, and using global debugger with step through kernel code, it throws a stop code and the computer crashes.
Will update when I try with just Global and kernal all by itself

try "dbvm find what accesses" that one doesn't use any debugger

Ni No Kuni 2 doesn't have any anti-debug. Use VEHdebug and you should be fine.

would cheat engine work in a VM when I tried with different windows version??
|
If the vm properly supports other vm's inside it without bugs, yes
