I wanted to use the "read / write process memory" function, but due to this error i cant. Pls help me.
If i click on DBVM text i have other error

I tried restart windows, start Kernelmodule unloader and start ce. Not working
ce from official site.

try executing this in a command prompt running with admin privileges

Code:

secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose

try installing ce to c:\bla and run it from there.

How long does it take for that message to show up clicking "your system supports DBVM" ?

Has your CE been edited in any way ?
