Just what the title says. If I make a savestate, then load it, will an value's address be the same before and after? (snes9x emulator).

If you're attaching Cheat Engine to Snes9x, then I dunno. I guess it would depend on how that particular emulator handles its memory. Why not just try it and find out? I don't mean that in a rude way, but it would literally take you like 10 seconds to find that out on your own.
However SNES games themselves tend to use static address (a.k.a. the addresses don't change). So if you use the emulator's built-in cheat searching function, instead of using Cheat Engine, then the addresses will always be the same, whether you're loading a save state or not. It's been a few years since I last used it, so I could be remembering incorrectly, but I'm pretty sure that Snes9x has a built-in cheat system that works basically the same way CE does, so why not just use that instead (unless you're trying to inject a bunch of code or something)?
