How do I cheat?

So I am having trouble on installing Cheat Engine 7.2, as after the language selection there was this message popping up saying "Runtime Error (at 217:187) Could not call proc". Then there was another message popping up as well saying "Runtime Error (at 263:21) Null Pointer Exception". I didn't know what to do, and so I click on OK.

Please help me; I really need Cheat Engine desperately. Tried downloading the other versions (7.0, 7.1, etc.) but it only redirects me back to the 7.2 version.

Does the installer have access to the internet?
Have you disabled windows defender? Or at least disabled 'reputation based protection" ?

Any other anti virus running?
