Cheat Engine

I used cheat engine to unlock a character in binding of isaac, I changed item ids so I can get op stuff. I saw that my game was breaking and decided to restart it, I needed to use task manager to close the game because it was just a black screen. I tried logging in the game again, it seemed fine, the intro started playing, but when I pressed enter to skip it, it was just a white screen with audio still playing, trying to exit the game led into it not responding. Is there any way I can fix this?
Btw its the pirated version of the game.

no idea where binding ofvusaac stores there but try google
