as request for CE 7.3

Would be useful if CE saved windows position of Stack View and DisplayType.

Now when I enable break point and it is hit, CE adds default Stack and Register views. Each time I relaunch CE, I'll need to reconfigure views:
stack view: need to set again "full stack", and update window size
display type: set 8 bytes, update window size
