How do I cheat?

I am testing my cheat engine skills on a .NET game. If i press the .NET tab on the top of the cheat engine (i.imgur. com/sfuQjO2.png) then i get everything i need.

Now i go to the class and find the entry i need (i.imgur. com/z3jABVP.png). As you can see it is a type of string. So if i go to my cheat table and add the offset 078 and select the type of string i get something like that: i.imgur. com/LvVfenK.png. I can understand that maybe the string coding is not right, but how do i get the normal string?
