How do I cheat?

hello, i have been trying to use cheat engine for a game and whenever i add an address it shows the value as "??" , tried the same exact process on different computers and it works just fine with them, however, on my main computer (the one i actually want it to work on) it just keeps giving me "??" idk why it's doing that.... i even saved the address from the not working pc and sent it to the other ones (to make sure the problem isn't from CE itself) and it worked perfectly on the other one Exclamation Exclamation

tried: reinstalling CE, downloading old versions of CE, changed my windows

the problem seems to be with my computer not anything else... if anyone has a fix please be as detailed as possible ^^

Is it the same game version?

yes, everything is the exact same

same game version, same AV , same CE version , same codes
