How do I cheat?

I am trying to make a auto-splitter for speedrunning and when I find the loading value I want, I do a pointer scan and nothing comes up, and when anything does come up, once I go the the second pointer scan there are no results. I have also tried the other way which is looking at what accesses the address and not only is there not one result that happens once but the other results do not show up when I try to find the value by scanning for it. here is how it is written when looking at it

I have tried about everything I could think of and I am pretty confused why it isn't working, if someone could help me out that would be appreciated
