Hey

I have a quick question to ask, I have a new i9 desktop computer now and i do not want cheat engine to give my computer a BSOD at all

so is there a high risk of cheat engine giving my new i9 desktop computer a BSOD at all

If you use DBVM then BSOD is always a possibility, on any system. I wouldn't be super worried about this though - it's not going to do any permanent damage.

If you don't use DBVM then it seems unlikely that mucking around with cheat engine is going to cause a system crash. At worst the process you're attached to would crash.
