|
|
Hi all,
I built an AOB scriptlet which works perfectly on its own, AOB scan is ok:
| Code: | aobscanmodule(aobFGTReader,GameAssembly.dll,F3 0F 10 70 ?? 45 33 C0 ?? 01 48 8B)
|
When I merge this scriptlet into the main script, AOB scan fails:
| Code: |
...
aobscanmodule(aobPlayerAIOffset,GameAssembly.dll,...)
aobscanmodule(aobResourceReader,GameAssembly.dll,...)
aobscanmodule(aobResourceReseter,GameAssembly.dll,...)
aobscanmodule(aobFGTReader,GameAssembly.dll,F3 0F 10 70 ?? 45 33 C0 ?? 01 48 8B)
|
The message on right click is: "The array of byte named aobFGTReader could not be found"
When I comment out everything related to FGTReader, the main script works perfectly.
When I comment out everything related to FGTReader except the signature scan itself, the main script fails.
Closed the game, restarted CE, restarted PC, but aobFGTReader always results in the same error as part of the main script.
I rebuilt FGTReader many times over.
The signature is always found using a manual AOB scan.
The scriptlet always works.
The main script never works (heck, I even tried moving the scan to top of the list, middle of the list).
All my attempts trying fix it end up failing.
Has any of you had any issues like this?
Thank you!

what happens when the scan for aobFGTReader is the first in the list?
do the other aob's have the same code in common?

Hi Dark Byte,
the exact same thing happens no matter where it is in the list - as long as it is in the list.
aobFGTReader in - fail.
aobFGTReader out - ok.
aobFGTReader in a separate script - ok.
No. The signature is unique in scope of the entire process; there is nothing in common with the other sigs.

I mean the error. if aobFGTReader is in the front, is it still aobFGTReader that fails to be found, or is it now aobResourceReseter ?
And is the aob you're scanning for on a page boundary ?

Yes, it is aobFGTReader failing every time (at least, that's what CE says when I right click the script after failure), no matter where it is in the 'scan list' (first, last, middle).
As long as it's in, the script fails.
Signature does not seem to be on page boundary (see highlighted instruction on pic).
I can PM you the script if you'd like.
