Could you tell me the reason for not being able to change these values?

The game is in flash player, what could prevent a Cheat Engine from changing the value in that game?

Example: DDTANK

Shouldn't I be able to cheat?

Is there any material for studies on how to protect a flash game from a cheat engine?
