Hi I'm trying to levelup my soldados to s++ and i search everywhere and i don't find anything

You should try learning things about Cheat Engine before trying to hack a game, especially a bigger game. Go through the Cheat Engine Tutorial either the game or regular one. they are both are very helpful and should be a good start.
if you don't know where that is, it is on the "Help" tab at the top where you find "File". Click on it and it will show the 2 versions
