How do I cheat?

cheat engine 7.1 not opening, no background apps open, badlion client isnt installed, windows 10, antivirus is off, it was off while downloading as well, tried launching with admins rights and tried launching directly from the installer folder, lol help - x64, windows 10 (as mentioned)

Do you have malwarebytes ?
Anyhow, in a command prompt execute
| Code: |
driverquery /v > bla.txt
|
and upload bla.txt to pastebin.
Then post the link here (just the identifier part of the URL as posting url's is troublesome for new accounts)
then we can see what else it might be

first time i tried it i forgot to launch with admin rights LULW, tysm! cheat engine works now

Did you properly uninstall it or did you just delete the files?
And did you do a proper restart afterwards ?
do the driverquery /v and check if badlion is in the list, if it is, it's not uninstalled yet
