Can the Mono Dissector be used to find pointers?

I can find pointer base and offsets for the game, but when the game is updated I may have to refind them, so I am wondering if it could be quicker to refind them (and maybe other useful ones) just using the Mono Dissector.

I am just having a difficult time finding a pattern between the two sets of data I have available to me. The pointer base and offsets compared to the Mono Dissector.
