I'm looking for ways to make CheatEngine either identify which frame the player's sprite is displaying, or display the player's sprite in front of every other sprite.

If there's a script function I can try, I'd like to know what your suggestions are.

Please help me get started, even. Thanks.

is this a game using direct3d using 2d textures, or an actual 2d game using gdi/other api ?

The Programming Language is Hot Soup Processor (that is the name of the Programming Language). In any case, I don’t know if it uses GDI, or another API. How would I find that out?

Sorry for bumping up this thread. I think that the game might be using Direct3D, since I can grab Snapshots through CheatEngine.
