How do I cheat?

Recently installed Cheat Engine and deactivated and reactivated my micro trend security. 10 mins later I don’t really remember what happened but on start up my PC and a white blink for half a second every few seconds on both screens at the same time. I am unable to click anything and all task bar icons are not there. It still hasn’t gone away but for the first 10 seconds my pc is fine then it starts. Helppppp
