How do I cheat?

Hi! I used CE for like a couple games in the past (nothing too fancy), but with this one, whenever I search a value with Increased/Decrased/Unchanged, I always end up with a couple of results that have really big numbers (see pic below). And even changing them or freezing them does nothing to the value. But they always change accordingly with it.

The value I want to change is the red runes for Noelia, which at the moment is 2. I really have no idea how to solve this problem.

Help is greatly appreciated.
