I tried to open cheat engine and it wont pop up. I've have run it as admin and nothing. Restarted my PC and nothing. Anti-virus is off.

uninstall badlion and restart windows

just a few days ago my cheat engine just cannot change my nox emulators game datas. what is likely the problem?

technobio in a command prompt do a
Code:

driverquery /v > bla.txt

and post the contents of bla.txt here (easiest is using pastebin and then post the identifier of the pastebin url)

that wsy we can see what else might be blocking (kaspersky, avira malwarebytes are known to cause issues)
