Cheat Engine

Hi guys can you help me solve this problem.
First sorry for my bad english.
I am new in this string problems which i dont understand at all.
I need to change string numbers that i found, but its only 2 digit string number.

scan result :
its an auto aim attack angle cheat.
original amount :
string : 40
aob : 34 00 30 and many zeroes at the end

i change to :
string : 99
aob : 39 00 39 and many zeroes at the end

it works! but not enough, my goal is to make it 999.
when i change it to :
string : 999
aob : 39 00 39 00 39 and many zeroes at the end
it works 100% same as the 99 version.
it doesnt become 999.
is there a way to make it read the 3rd digit?
it seems the game wont read above the base digit which is now 2 digits (99).

There might be a size value somewhere specifying how many characters the string contains.
It could also just be a hardcoded limit in the game.

I have been searching for size value but none found.
It seems like its hard coded, so no other way to change it?
